I came across this inspirational quote the other day and it got me thinking about confidence and finding true happiness from within. I have found that incorporating physical activity into our day enhances our self esteem. We feel amazing on the inside and it radiates on the outside. When we push our limits and reach goals we never thought were possible, we feel beautiful because we are strong.
